We clean our products very carefully. Firstly, we shotblast and grind all edges. Thereafter follows: metallization, 2-K primer and 2-K anthracite topcoat.
This surface treatment is classified as corrosionclass C4, which is even in salty environments resistant. Thereby we are able to offer 30 Years surface guarantee.
The picture is a unique evidence that our surface treatment is very thoroughly and effective. Despite several collisions with lawn movers or similar resulting in many scratches the cast iron has not yet started to corrode.
Please note: At damages the surface warranty will lapse. Damages must be repaired by ordering a repair set at Velamp. At big severe damages like above picture, customer must immediately contact Velamp.
