Recruitment process
When you apply for a job at VELAMP, you will also be associated with ULDALL, which owns VELAMP.
The tasks will therefore cover the services of both companies.
Your application will be registered in our electronic recruitment system. It is therefore important that you apply via the link provided in the job advertisement and do not send an application via email or hand it in person.
We make sure that you are contacted as soon as possible after submitting your application. And if you are exactly who we are looking for, you will be called in for an interview where we would like to hear more about you and your qualifications.
It is important to us that we hire the best qualified applicants and that you, as an applicant, experience a professional and thorough process.

Salaried employee - Interviews
If you apply for a salaried position at VELAMP, you may be invited to a personal interview. If we agree after this that the position is just right for you, you may be called in for a possible 2nd interview. Before this interview, please take Garuda's personality test and possibly prepare a smaller job-related task.
Production Employee - Interview
If you apply for a position as a production employee at VELAMP, you may be invited to a personal interview, where we fill out a form together that tells you a little more about you and your qualifications as well as other practical matters. Based on the interview and the completed form and a subsequent presentation of your new workplace, we will make a decision together on whether you are our future colleague.
Onboarding & training
As a new employee, we ensure that you get off to a good start. If you are going to work in production, we make sure that you get competent and thorough peer training. If you are going to work as a salaried employee, you will receive an onboarding plan for the first time in your new job. Here, meetings and visits to the various departments of the company will be arranged.
